The REACH regulation is a chemical regulation issued by the European Union which covers almost all chemicals and downstream products, involving about thirty thousand kinds of products.

In November 30, 2008, the deadline for pre registration of REACH regulations was missed, and the unregistered chemicals could not be sold in the EU from January 1, 2009.

At present, some chemical fiber, rubber, textile and other enterprises within the scope of the REACH regulations have not pre registered, facing the embarrassment of not entering the EU market.

We also need to communicate with the upstream and downstream customers as soon as possible in accordance with the EU's REACH pre registration requirements, analyze the characteristics of the exported products as early as possible, understand the total tonnage of the exported products and check the substance content of them. If they contain substances that are highly regarded, they need to obtain the authorization from the European Union as soon as possible.
