Recently, a safety shoe produced by an enterprise in Yinzhou in Ningbo passed the exit inspection and exported to Germany. This is the first export safety shoe in Yinzhou.

According to statistics, in the first quarter of this year, Ningbo exported a total of 32 safety shoes, with a value of US $710 thousand, an increase of 22% over the same period last year.

In addition, the export situation of safety protection products such as helmets, safety gloves and protective clothing is also promising.

According to the inspection and quarantine department, such products are of high quality and high added value, which are more easily favored by foreign importers, and the profit margins are relatively large.

At the same time, the inspection and quarantine department also pointed out that the physical and chemical detection of such products is relatively complex and involves many technical standards.

Take the export safety shoes as an example, three projects in Ningbo, Hangzhou and Guangzhou have been tested for different items. The cost is not only high but also long.

It is suggested that the relevant testing institutions in Ningbo expand the scope of detection so as to provide more convenience for the technical determination of such products.
