This (12) 8 press release said that the seventh meeting of the joint study on FTA production in Korea, China and Japan will be held in Pingchang, Jiangnan Road, Korea from 14 to 16 June. The three sides agreed that the final report of the joint study will be finalized, and the final report will include the research results and the future development plan so far.
More than 100 people from three delegations (vice ministers or assistant ministers) and representatives of production officials will attend the meeting.
Han Zhong, the FTA negotiator of the Ministry of foreign affairs and trade of the Republic of Korea, told reporters at a press conference on the 12 day of this month that although the joint research conference of the three countries has been carried out so far, there are still some sensitive issues. The seventh meeting will strive to reduce the differences between the three countries. If the meeting finally reaches three satisfactory results, it will book three countries in May (2012).
Summit meeting
During the period, I made recommendations to the leaders of the three countries to discuss whether the three sides started the formal negotiation and agenda of the FTA.
Although the three sides have decided to hold consultations on sensitive topics such as agricultural products to the formal negotiations, that is, some progress has been made in the field of commodities (except farm products), the Chinese and Japanese sides are still deeply concerned about the investment field.

The results can be successfully achieved.
In order to promote the signing of the FTA, the three countries of Korea, China and Japan launched the joint research on FTA production and Administration jointly from 2010. At that time, the target was completed by the end of 2012.
It is reported that mainland China and Japan have been fighting for the dominance of Asian regional economic integration and are expected to bring many variables to the three party FTA negotiations.
Cui negotiator also stressed that the joint research phase has not yet ended, and there are still many remaining stages.
