Hard Inner Bottom Last

Hard bottom shoe last shoe refers to the use of natural leather insole, synthetic leather inner bottom or lining paper plate leather inner sole production shoe last shoe. Because the soles are hard, they use the help of feet to turn outward. If you help your feet to fold and fold directly, they will be called flanged shoes. When sewing the shoes with the sides, the Mark machine is most convenient.

Because the shoe's foot does not cover the wrinkle parts, the length of the required shoe is nearly equal to the length of the inner bottom of the shoe. If the stitching method is changed, the pressure shoe and the hemming shoe will form.

   


Because the insole is hard, it is not easy to last. Therefore, we must pay attention to the mouth of the shoe not to be too close to the back. It is also necessary to heat the upper shoe to make the upper soft and easy to operate.
