Chongqing Chemical Industrial Park Will Build Polyurethane Integrated Base
As the co sponsor of the 2009 Chongqing bubble forum, the Chongqing Chemical Industry Park Investment Office representative introduced the integration concept of Chongqing chemical industry in this session. Among them, the polyurethane integration project has become the highlight of the park in this bubble forum. From the perspective of the planning of Chongqing integrated industrial cluster, the park will be divided into four industrial clusters, natural gas chemical industry, petrochemical industry, biomass chemical industry, fine chemical industry and new materials. Among them, the polyurethane industry is classified as fine chemical industry and new materials. At present, many planning projects have entered the substantive stage.
MDI:40 million tons / year MDI integration project has been settled in the park. It is expected to be put into operation in the first half of 2011. It will provide 260 thousand tons / year polymerized MDI, 120 thousand tons / year coarse MDI and 20 thousand ton / year mixed MDI products, so as to meet the demand of polyurethane industry for isocyanate. The park is also looking for a 200 thousand ton / year TDI project for investors.
BDO: the Chongqing pharmaceutical group of the park enterprise invested 140 thousand tons / year BDO project. It is expected that the integrated project of 400 thousand tons / year MDI will be put into operation in 2011. In addition, Sichuan Vigny fiber plant has planned to invest 200 thousand tons / year BDO project in the park. At present, it is negotiating with its construction mode and is looking for a cooperative enterprise. Two after the project is put into operation, it will provide sufficient raw materials for polyurethane products.
AA: the Guangzhou Petrochemical Industries Co is building a 250 thousand ton / year pure benzene project, which will be put into operation at the end of 2009. Now we are planning to invest in the construction of the downstream adipic acid project, and we are looking for a cooperative enterprise. The project is expected to be put into operation with the MDI integration project in 2011 to ensure the supply of raw materials for polyurethane products.
DMF: the Chongqing pharmaceutical group of the park enterprise plans 400 thousand tons / year DMF project (the methanol production capacity is 3 million 150 thousand tons / year in 2011, the ammonia production capacity is 350 thousand tons / year, many devices can provide carbon monoxide, and the raw material of the project is sufficient). The project is led by Huayu medical group, seeking joint ventures and joint construction. It plans to launch the MDI integrated project in 2011.
Polyether polyol: CNPC will invest 10 million tons of refinery projects in the park to provide ethylene and propylene for its main raw materials. The Chongqing Pharmaceutical Group is planning to build a 200 thousand ton / year polyether polyol project in the park, which is expected to be completed synchronously with PetroChina refinery.
