Jiujiang Plans To Build 2700 Acres Of Textile And Textile Industrial Base
Jiujiang's planned chemical fiber textile industrial base has been approved by the Jiangxi provincial development and Reform Commission recently. The construction of the base will provide another important industrial platform for our city to speed up the development along the Yangtze River, quickly integrate into the construction of the eco economic zone around Poyang Lake, and promote industrial agglomeration.
Experts from the Jiangxi provincial development and Reform Commission (NDRC) have reviewed the feasibility study report on the industrial development planning and infrastructure projects of Jiujiang chemical fiber textile industrial base, and approved the development ideas and development goals of the Jiujiang chemical fiber textile industrial base industrial development plan and the feasibility study report of infrastructure projects, and agreed to implement the plan in accordance with the industrial planning and feasibility study report. Adhering to the principle of rational development and improving the efficiency of land use, strictly enforce the provisions of investment intensity, and construction land shall be dealt with according to regulations one by one according to the progress of project construction. In the process of project construction, we must strictly implement the measures of energy conservation, emission reduction, environmental protection and safety production in strict accordance with the requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, so as to design, construct, and put into use simultaneously the environmental protection facilities, the safety production facilities and the main projects.
It is reported that Jiujiang chemical fiber textile industrial base project planning covers an area of about 2700 mu, is one of the six major industrial sectors in our city -- an important part of Jinan group. The base will further expand its development in accordance with the development of expanding chemical fiber production capacity, strengthening textile status, breaking through printing and dyeing technology and developing non-woven fabrics, relying on further development and construction of Sai Deli (Jiangxi) chemical fiber textile and Jin Yuan (Heng Sheng) chemical fiber textile, and pushing forward the development of chemical fiber and textile industry and its industrial chain, focusing on developing three industries, namely viscose staple fiber, chemical fiber and non-woven fabrics, and speeding up breakthroughs in printing and dyeing bottlenecks, forming a chemical fiber textile industrial chain with regional matching, upstream and downstream links and multi support, and building an important new textile fiber industrial base in China.
